Kunsthal KAdE offers exhibitions in the field of contemporary/modern art, architecture, design and contemporary visual culture.
Kunsthal KAdE has no collection of its own, but with its exhibitions is oriented outward and open to impulses from all over the world. In addition to exhibitions, Kunsthal KAdE organises a public programme of tours, workshops and lectures. Kunsthal KAdE is situated just outside the city walls of Amersfoort. Through the wonderful 15th Century Koppelpoort you will arrive in the New City on the River Eem.
To the left of the entrance area is the KAdE shop with a varied range of design items, gadgets, jewellery and art books. In the KAdE Café you can have a good lunch or drink. Both the KAdE shop and the KAdE Café can be visited without an entry ticket for the Kunsthal.
