Join us on September 29 for the most exciting music festival of the year: Popronde Woerden! During this traveling festival, unique locations in the city center serve as stages for emerging Dutch talent. In addition to cafes and restaurants, the library and other special spots also turn into performance spaces. Enjoy a variety of live acts and singer-songwriter performances all around Woerden.
This year is extra special because, during Popronde, the Party Ship Sweet Caroline is not only a floating stage but also a taxi service between the various venues. Onboard, you can enjoy performances by Henk Johannes and Romy Liz Rose. Both artists will give two 20-minute performances during the ride. Don’t miss these unique shows; each trip has a maximum capacity of 30 people. First come, first served!

Where to board?
Starting at 16:15, the Partyschip Sweet Caroline, with Romy Liz Rose on board, will sail from the dock near Loef en Lij to Café Victoria. Around 17:00, the ship will make the return trip. Coming from the Station Lounge or Gare Pompidou? Hop on and enjoy performances at Van Rossum or De Pompier on your way back to the starting point.
At 18:30, the Partyschip Sweet Caroline will set sail again on the same route, this time with Henk Johannes on board. Upon arrival, enjoy a performance by Heath at Café Victoria or head a little further to Bredius for Rêverie! Around 19:15, the ship will return, and Simpleton will play at De Pompier!
Program
The Popronde Woerden program starts on September 29 at 14:00 with Julia Tan at the City Museum and continues until 21:00 with Parker Fans at the Afterparty in De Pompier.
